The Vacaville Christian Falcons scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Tuesday. They walked away with a 39-30 victory over Golden Sierra. Winning may never get old, but Vacaville Christian sure is getting used to it with their third in a row.
Among those leading the charge was Kelsey Trumble, who scored six points along with ten rebounds and six assists. The team also got some help courtesy of Danielle Ruff, who scored four points along with 14 rebounds and three steals.
When it comes to explaining why Golden Sierra lost, one person who can't be blamed is Zofia Bradford. Despite the final result, she dropped a double-double on 14 points and 14 rebounds. Shaylen Vertin was another key contributor, scoring five points along with six rebounds.
Vacaville Christian's victory bumped their record up to 5-2. As for Golden Sierra, they are on a eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-9.
