The team also got some help courtesy of Ben Slagley, who had three points along with seven boards and six assists.
Delta's loss dropped their record down to 9-2. As for New Palestine, they pushed their record up to 10-2 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road.
Delta will be playing in front of their home fans against Wapahani at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Wapahani will roll in looking for their 11th straight win, something Delta surely won't give up without a fight. As for New Palestine, they will venture away from home to take on Pendleton Heights at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. New Palestine knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past 12 contests -- so hopefully Pendleton Heights likes a good challenge.
