The Saint Francis Lancers entered their tilt with the St. Margaret's Tartans with four consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with five. Saint Francis walked away with a 54-44 victory over St. Margaret's on Saturday.
Allison Dauer was the offensive standout of the contest as she scored 11 points. Those 11 points set a new season-high mark for her. Caitlin Cadigal was another key contributor, scoring five points along with six rebounds.
Saint Francis' win bumped their record up to 9-1. As for St. Margaret's, their loss dropped their record down to 13-5.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Saint Francis and Valley Christian will face off at 7:30 p.m. on January 4th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. St. Margaret's and Estancia will face off at 5:30 p.m. on January 2nd without much rest after finishing up games yesterday.
