After two games on the road, Rochelle is heading back home. They will take on the Brookesmith Mustangs at 7:15 p.m. on Friday.

Meanwhile, Brookesmith waltzed into their game on Tuesday with two straight wins but they left with three. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 47-45 victory over Cherokee. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory Brookesmith has posted yet this season.
Trey Toft continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 18 points. He has been hot recently, having posted 15 or more points the last ten times he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Orgil Jargalsaikhan, who scored 11 points.
Rochelle's loss was their fifth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 1-7. Those losses could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 29.0 points per game. As for Brookesmith, they have been performing well recently as they've won 16 of their last 19 games, which provided a nice bump to their 19-7 record this season.
Rochelle came out on top in a nail-biter against Brookesmith in their previous matchup back in February of 2023, sneaking past 54-52. Will Rochelle repeat their success, or does Brookesmith have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
