The Palm Springs Indians's five-game losing streak  came to an end  on Wednesday. They claimed a resounding  45-12 win over Indio on the road. That's another feather in the cap for Palm Springs, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.
 Palm Springs was led to victory by  Miley Flores and  Naomi Bote.  Flores  scored 13 points along with 3  steals, while  Bote  scored 14 points along with 5  rebounds and 4  steals. Flores is absolutely dominating the  steal category: she's  posted at least two every time she's  taken the court this season.  Aja Walker was another key contributor,  scoring 6 points along with 5  assists and 5  rebounds.
 Despite the  defeat, Indio saw an underclassman step up:  Aleida Santiago-Martinez  scored 8 points.
 Palm Springs' victory bumped their record up to 3-5. As for Indio, they  still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-3.
 Both  teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Palm Springs will be staying on the road  on Thursday to face off against Coachella Valley at 5:30  p.m.  on November 30th. As for Indio, they will  square off against Brawley at 5:30  p.m.  on Monday.
