The Community Charter Titans can finally bid farewell to their four-game losing streak thanks to their game on Wednesday. Everything went their way against Lake Balboa College Prep as Community Charter made off with a 41-15 victory. The victory was just what Community Charter needed coming off of a 42-19 loss in their prior match.
Despite the loss, Lake Balboa College Prep still got an impressive performance from YARETZY HERNANDEZ, who scored 7 points along with 5 steals.
Community Charter's win bumped their record up to 1-4. As for Lake Balboa College Prep, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-1.
Community Charter's homestand continues as they prepare to take on Orthopaedic at 3:00 p.m. on December 1st. Orthopaedic comes in on a streak of failing to score more than 24 points in their last three games, a trend the squad is of course eager to reverse. As for Lake Balboa College Prep, they will head out on the road to face off against Panorama at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. Hopefully Panorama focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 17 on Tuesday.
