It was a proper cat-fight when DuBois Central Catholic challenged Central Mountain on Friday. Everything went the DuBois Central Catholic Cardinals' way against the Central Mountain Wildcats as the DuBois Central Catholic Cardinals made off with a 60-40 win. The Cardinals have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 12 matches by 20 points or more this season.

Central Mountain lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Lena Walker, who posted 17 points. She has been hot, having also posted two or more steals the last seven times she's played. Another player making a difference was Taylor Doyle, who had eight points in addition to seven assists and three steals.

DuBois Central Catholic's victory was their tenth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 18-2.
