Leading La Jolla to victory were Olivia Snider and Soila Chadwick. Snider scored seven points along with two steals, while Chadwick scored ten points along with nine rebounds and two steals. Snider is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last four games she's played. Another player making a difference was Drew Bennett, who scored seven points along with ten rebounds and two steals.
La Jolla's win bumped their record up to 13-9. As for High Tech SD, their loss ended a six-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 15-5.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. La Jolla will square off against Hoover at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for High Tech SD, they will head out on the road to face off against Sweetwater at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Sweetwater has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.
