Williams Field is 10-0 against Higley since January of 2020 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Tuesday. The Williams Field Black Hawks are taking a road trip to face off against the Higley Knights at 7:00 p.m. Williams Field is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 59.4 points per game this season.
Last Wednesday, Williams Field humbled Queen Creek with an 83-29 victory. Given the Black Hawks' advantage in MaxPreps' Arizona basketball rankings (they are ranked 19th, while the Bulldogs are ranked 200th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Williams Field will need focus on slowing down Cadence Murdough, one of several Higley players who made an impact when they last played. She went 5 for 10 en route to 10 points and eight rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Claire Greenwade, who posted 13 points in addition to five assists and three steals.

Some high-performance offense is likely on the agenda as both are some of the highest scoring teams in the league. Williams Field hasn't had any problem running up the score this season, having averaged 59.4 points per game. However, it's not like Higley struggles in that department as they've been averaging 57 points. With both teams so easily able to put up points, the only question left is who can run the score up higher.
Williams Field beat Higley 52-43 in their previous meeting back in January of 2024. Does Williams Field have another victory up their sleeve, or will Higley turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
