In other batting news, Northside got a massive performance out of Caden Nelson, who scored two runs while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances. Ellijah Rozier was another key player, scoring two runs and stealing a base while getting on base in all three of his plate appearances.
Looking ahead, Northside will take on Warner Robins at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Central, they will challenge Northeast at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
