Orange and Estancia are an even 5-5 against one another since January of 2019, but not for long. The Orange Panthers will head out on the road to face off against the Estancia Eagles at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
It's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 55-26, which was the final score in Orange's tilt against Calvary Chapel on Thursday. The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Orange in their matchups with Calvary Chapel: they've now lost nine in a row.
Meanwhile, Estancia didn't have too much breathing room in their matchup against La Quinta on Saturday, but they still walked away with a 39-34 win. The win made it back-to-back wins for Estancia.
Orange's defeat dropped their record down to 7-3. As for Estancia, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven games, which provided a massive bump to their 9-6 record this season.
Orange was able to grind out a solid victory over Estancia in their previous meeting back in January, winning 37-29. The rematch might be a little tougher for Orange since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
