The E EF Academy will be playing at home against the Waverly Ravens at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. E comes in on a streak of failing to score more than 25 points in their last seven games, a trend the squad is of course eager to reverse.
It's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 54-16, which was the final score in E's tilt against Hill back in December of 2023.
Meanwhile, Waverly's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their third straight loss. They were beaten by The Webb Schools 63-4. Waverly was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 38-2.
E's defeat was their third straight at home, which bumped their record down to 1-6. As for Waverly, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-3.
