LIAM PARISH looked comfortable as he struck out six batters over two innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit (and only one walk). That's the most strikeouts he has posted since back in April.
At the plate, the team relied heavily on Cruz Dubois, who went 3-for-4 with two doubles, one stolen base, and two RBI. Another player making a difference was Jadyn Peters, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with two runs and one RBI.
Meanwhile, Seeger owes their pitching crew a big pat on the back after their performance on Monday. They put the hurt on South Newton with a sharp 7-0 win. The victory continues a trend for the Patriots in their matchups with the Rebels: they've now won four in a row.
The result came thanks to Ryder Hannon's shutout, as he gave up just a hit and racked up 14 Ks.
On the hitting side, Connor Riegle-Sallee was incredible, going a perfect 3-for-3 with two stolen bases, two runs, and two RBI. Seeger is 2-1 when Riegle-Sallee posts three or more hits, but 5-9 otherwise. Peyton Grimmett was another key player, going 2-for-3 with two runs.
Seeger's win bumped their record up to 7-10. As for Bismarck-Henning/Rossville-Alvin, their victory bumped their record up to 14-8.
