They have not had much luck with Boyertown recently, as the team's come up short the last two times they've met.
Leading Boyertown to victory were Lindsay Mathias and Madelyn Weaver. Mathias scored 12 points along with 4 steals, while Weaver scored 20 points along with 5 steals. That makes it two consecutive games in which Weaver has scored at least 25% of Boyertown's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Tessa Wolfe, who scored 6 points along with 10 rebounds.
Daniel Boone's loss dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Boyertown, the win got them back to even at 1-1.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Daniel Boone will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off.
