Tristan Lyles Delivers Best Performance of Season
Tristan Lyles produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Central to the win on Friday. Lyles picked up five sacks, forced a fumble, and made nine total tackles (7.0 for loss).

This year, Kilgore has thrown 16 touchdowns while averaging 232.7 passing yards per game. He's made a big improvement compared to last season: at this point last year, he had three passing touchdowns.

Calvin Hughley's big game helped extend Opelika's winning streak to five on Friday. Nobody could stop Hughley as he rushed for 127 yards and a touchdown while picking up 7.9 yards per carry.
Opelika pushed their record up to 7-1 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home. Hughley and Opelika will take on Central at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
