Harker has gone 8-2 against Crystal Springs Uplands recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Eagles will welcome the Gryphons at 5:00 p.m. The two teams are sauntering into the matchup backed by comfortable wins in their prior games.
Harker lost a heartbreaker the last time they played Priory, but it's fair to say they got their revenge given the result of Thursday's game. The Eagles were the clear victors by a 14-4 margin over the Panthers on Thursday. Considering the Eagles have won 11 contests by more than five runs this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.
Shaurya Jain was a major factor no matter where he played. He pitched 4.1 innings while giving up just one earned (and three unearned) runs off three hits. Jain was also solid in the batter's box, going 3-for-4 with three RBI and one run. That's the most RBI he has posted since back in March.

In other batting news, Harker let Matt Macmillan and Jackson Powell run wild. Macmillan went 2-for-3 with two runs, one stolen base, and one RBI, while Powell got on base in three of his five plate appearances with two stolen bases, two runs, and one RBI. Harker is undefeated when Powell posts two or more runs, but 9-10 otherwise. The team also got some help courtesy of Ryan Pham, who went 1-for-4 with three runs and one RBI.
Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Crystal Springs Uplands). They put the hurt on Jefferson with a sharp 13-3 win on Thursday. The Gryphons haven't had any issues with the Grizzlies recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive victory against them.
Crystal Springs Uplands' win bumped their record up to 4-12-1. As for Harker, their victory bumped their record up to 14-10.
The pitchers for both teams better look sharp on Tuesday as neither team is afraid to steal. Harker has been swiping bases left and right this season, having averaged 3.8 stolen bases per game. However, it's not like Crystal Springs Uplands struggles in that department as they've been averaging 5.4 stolen bases. The only question left is which team can snag more.
Everything went Harker's way against Crystal Springs Uplands in their previous matchup back in March, as Harker made off with a 15-9 win. Do the Eagles have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Gryphons turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
