Softball Recap: Sequoyah Beats Salina for Their Third Straight Victory

Sequoyah waltzed into their game on Thursday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They were the clear victors by an 11-1 margin over the Salina Wildcats. The result was nothing new for the Indians, who have now won 12 matches by six runs or more so far this season.

Sequoyah's victory bumped their record up to 18-8. As for Salina, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-10.

Coincidentally, Sequoyah and Salina will both be playing Wyandotte the next time they take the field. The Wildcats will head out to face the Bears at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, while the Indians will play them later in the day, at 6:30 p.m.
