Don Bosco won against Central on Monday with ten runs and they decided to stick to that run total again on Wednesday. The Dons blew past the Lone Tree Lions 10-3. Considering the Dons have won 15 matchups by more than five runs this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.

Don Bosco is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six games. That's provided a massive bump to their 20-14 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.7 runs on average over those games. As for Lone Tree, their loss ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 16-9.

Don Bosco didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 5-4 win against Edgewood-Colesburg on the 12th. Lone Tree does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
