Xavier Prep's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Tiffany Chang, who scored nine points. Chang continues to roll, besting her previous point total in each of the last three games she's played.
Xavier Prep's loss dropped their record down to 11-3. As for Seattle Prep, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 6-3.
Xavier Prep won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Rancho Mirage at 5:00 p.m. on December 21st. Rancho Mirage is hoping to put an end to a three-game streak of away losses. Seattle Prep will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Lakeside at 7:30 p.m. on January 3, 2024.
