The KIPP King Lions stacked an eighth blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Wednesday. They blew past Latitude, posting a 46-9 victory at home. The win was familiar territory for KIPP King who now have four in a row.
Leading KIPP King to victory were Jasmine Bertucci and Nikki Li. Bertucci scored 15 points along with seven rebounds and five steals, while Li scored 17 points along with five rebounds and two steals. Li has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last five times she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Bella Giordano, who scored six points along with three steals.
KIPP King pushed their record up to 12-3 with that win, which was their fifth straight at home. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 51.2 points per game. As for Latitude, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-3.
KIPP King does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Latitude also has no future games currently scheduled.
