The Southmoreland Scotties have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five matches by 20 points or more this season. Everything went their way against East Allegheny on Tuesday as Southmoreland made off with a 60-35 victory. Southmoreland's victory was nothing new given the team hasn't lost yet this season.
Leading Southmoreland to victory were Noah Felentzer and Ty Keffer. Felentzer scored 19 points, while Keffer scored 23 points. The match was Keffer's sixth in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Elliot Premus, who scored six points.
Southmoreland's victory bumped their record up to 6-0. As for East Allegheny, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-4.
Coincidentally, the pair will both be playing South Park the next time they take the court. Southmoreland will head out to face South Park at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, while East Allegheny will head out to face them at 7:30 p.m. on December 29th.
