After soaring to four goals the game before, the Williams Yellowjackets were a bit more limited in their matchup on Friday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of Paradise. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Williams of the 4-3 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in January.
Williams' defeat dropped their record down to 6-8-3. As for Paradise, they pushed their record up to 9-4-2 with that victory, which was their third straight at home.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Williams will take on Willows at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Paradise, they will be playing at home against Central Valley at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Central Valley's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for 12 straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.
