The Susquehannock Warriors won the last time they faced the Big Spring Bulldogs, and things went their way on Saturday too. Susquehannock snuck past Big Spring with a 35-31 victory.
Susquehannock's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Elena Snyder led the charge by scoring seven points along with six assists and six rebounds. Another player making a difference was Georgie Snyder, who scored eight points.
Susquehannock's victory bumped their record up to 6-8. As for Big Spring, their loss dropped their record down to 4-4.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Susquehannock on the road again on Wednesday and play against West York Area at 7:30 p.m. on January 17th. As for Big Spring, they will face off against Waynesboro at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
