There's no place like home for Fort Zumwalt South, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Tuesday. They blew past the Pattonville Pirates 17-2 on Monday. The Bulldogs' hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.

Fort Zumwalt South's win bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Pattonville, their defeat was their ninth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-2-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Fort Zumwalt South will venture away from home to challenge Fort Zumwalt North at 4:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Pattonville, they will face off against Hazelwood West at 4:15 p.m. on Tuesday. The Pirates will need to watch out since the Wildcats have now posted at least ten runs every time they've taken the field this season.
