Kiski Area has been on the road for three straight, but on Tuesday they'll finally head home. They will be home for the holidays to greet the Indiana Little Indians at 5:30 p.m. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Pennsylvania (Kiski Area is ranked 111th, while Indiana is ranked 86th).
Last Friday, Kiski Area was just a bucket shy of victory and fell 52-51 to Mars.
Meanwhile, Indiana came tearing into Thursday's matchup with three straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 24 points) and they left with even more momentum. They came out on top against Penn Hills by a score of 49-37.
Kiski Area's loss dropped their record down to 3-3. As for Indiana, their victory bumped their record up to 4-1.
Things could have been worse for Kiski Area, but things could have been a whole lot better as they took a 46-28 loss to Indiana when the teams last played back in January. Can Kiski Area avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
