Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Bobcats this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 10-0 on Wednesday.
Ares Araujo was cooking despite his team's loss, going 2-for-3 with two stolen bases, three RBI, and two runs. Another player making a difference was Xavier Mota-Buck, who went 2-for-4 with two runs, one stolen base, and one double.
As for Ben Holt College Prep Academy, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 13-7. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.0 runs over those games.
