Gabe Smith and Carson Little were a major factor no matter where they played. Throwing, Smith pitched one inning while giving up no earned runs off one hit. Meanwhile, Little pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. What's more, he posted four strikeouts, the most he's had since back in March of 2024. Coastal HomeSchool's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-4.
Looking ahead, Coastal HomeSchool will welcome Beaufort Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Step of Faith Christian Academy will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Coastal HomeSchool at 6:00 p.m. on March 18th.
