They were dealt a 59-30 defeat at the hands of Round Valley. Anderson Valley has struggled against Round Valley recently, as their matchup on Tuesday was their sixth consecutive lost matchup.
Josey Spurlock had an outrageously good game for Round Valley as she scored 14 points along with six rebounds and five assists. The team also got some help courtesy of Camryn Mitchell, who scored 13 points along with two steals.
Anderson Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 6-12. As for Round Valley, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matches, which provided a massive bump to their 12-8 record this season.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Anderson Valley will take on Mendocino at TBD on Thursday. As for Round Valley, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Potter Valley at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Round Valley is facing Potter Valley at the right time seeing as Potter Valley is stuck on a 13-game losing streak.
