Sunnyslope came out on top against Apollo on Friday thanks in part to Caden Yap's efforts. Yap rushed for 67 yards and one touchdown on only six carries. The performance marked the most rushing yards he has had since back in September of 2024.

Yap and Sunnyslope will venture away from home to challenge Horizon at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The contest will pit Yap up against the Huskies' star RB Bodie Zamorano.
