After losing to Claxton the last time they met, Bryan County decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Redskins were the clear victors by a 13-1 margin over the Tigers on Monday. Considering the Redskins have won 11 contests by more than five runs this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

The team relied heavily on Elizabeth Harvey, who went 2-for-4 with one home run, six RBI, and two runs. That's the most RBI she has posted since back in August. Another player making a difference was Camryn Parker, who went 2-for-3 with two runs, one stolen base, and two RBI.

Bryan County now has a winning record of 14-13. As for Claxton, they have been struggling recently as they've lost nine of their last 11 matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-12 record this season.

Bryan County will welcome Bulloch Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Claxton does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
