Springfield was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their 11th straight defeat dating back to last season. They received a blow as they fell 66-47 to the Southeast Pirates. One positive for the Spartans, at least, is that this was the most points they've scored all season.

Springfield's loss dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Southeast, with the victory, they broke their four-game losing streak and moved their record to 1-3.

Springfield will be home for the holidays to greet Coventry at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. One thing working in Coventry's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last four games. As for Southeast, they will head out to challenge Champion at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
