While Lamar County put up plenty of runs on Tuesday, the same can't be said for McNair. The Lamar County Trojans were the clear victor by a 20-0 margin over the McNair Mustangs. Considering the Trojans have won five games by more than five runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Lamar County's win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 6-5. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.0 runs on average over those games. As for McNair, their loss dropped their record down to 2-4.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Lamar County will square off against Callaway at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for McNair, they will take on Lamar County on Friday.
