They really took it to DuBois Christian for the full four quarters, racking up a 42-13 win at home. That 29 points margin sets a new team best for Calvary Christian Academy this season.
Calvary Christian Academy was led to victory by Macayla Mills and Aubrey Anderson. Mills dropped a double-double on 15 points and 11 rebounds, while Anderson dropped a double-double on 11 points and ten steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Mills has scored all season. Eva Penning was another key contributor, scoring ten points along with six rebounds.
Calvary Christian Academy has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 8-2 record this season. As for DuBois Christian, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-2.
Calvary Christian Academy will head out on the road to face off against Blair County Christian at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Blair County Christian is out to stop a three-game streak of losses at home. DuBois Christian will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Johnstown Christian at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
