It's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 56-26, which was the final score in Halifax's tilt against Biglerville on Wednesday. Halifax was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 29-6.
The losing side was boosted by Lily Crum, who scored nine points along with 11 rebounds and three steals. That's the first time this season that she pulled down eight or more rebounds. Ava Savage was another key contributor, scoring two points along with 19 rebounds.

Halifax bumped their record down to 0-5 with that defeat, which was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season. That rough patch could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 20.5 points per game. As for Millersburg, their victory bumped their record up to 6-0.
Halifax was taken down by Millersburg 54-13 when the teams last played back in January. The matchup was all but decided by halftime, at which point Halifax was down 37-4.
