The Riverdale Cowboys's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Tuesday after their fourth straight defeat. They suffered a tough 9-1 defeat at the hands of Liberty. Riverdale was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 8-0.

Riverdale has traveled a rocky road recently having lost six of their last seven matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 9-10 record this season. As for Liberty, the win got them back to even at 9-9-3.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Riverdale will take on Minarets at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. Riverdale's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for four straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end. As for Liberty, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Caruthers at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Caruthers is strutting with some offensive muscle, as they've averaged 3.2 goals per game this season.
