Maxwell saw seven different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Massey Baker, who went 3-for-4 with five RBI, two runs, and one triple. Those three hits gave Baker a new career-high. Landon Barrett was another, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 1-for-2.
Baker wasn't the only one working in the hit department: Maxwell kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 13 hits. That's the most hits they've managed all season.
