Quincy had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 7 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Friday. They claimed a resounding 71-19 win over the Maxwell Panthers. The Trojans have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won nine matchups by 22 points or more this season.

It was another big night for Shelby Nussle, who dropped a double-double with 26 points and ten rebounds. Another player making a difference was Skylar McCarthy, who posted four points along with 11 boards, six assists, and five steals.

Quincy smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 19 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least 15 offensive boards in three consecutive games.

Despite the defeat, Maxwell saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Ruby Herrera scored ten points.

Quincy's record now sits at 17-5. As for Maxwell, their loss dropped their record down to 3-19.

Quincy didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 65-10 victory against Williams on the 11th. As for Maxwell, they have also already played their next matchup, a 58-13 defeat against Biggs on the 11th.
