Druid Hills has gone a perfect 4-0 against Lithonia recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Monday. The Red Devils will head out to square off against the Bulldogs at 5:00 p.m. Druid Hills will be strutting in after a victory while Lithonia will be coming in after a defeat.
Druid Hills gave up the first runs on Friday, but they didn't let that get them down. They had just enough and edged out Tucker 11-10. The win continues a trend for the Red Devils in their matchups with the Tigers: they've now won four in a row.

Oliver Myers was a major factor no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, pitching two innings while giving up no earned runs off three hits. He has been consistent: he hasn't given up more than two walks in seven consecutive appearances. He was also solid in the batter's box, going 3-for-4 with one stolen base, one run, and one double. Those three hits gave him a new career-high.
In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Tobias Bell, who went 2-for-4 with three runs, three RBI, and one stolen base. Those three runs gave him a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Chaz Glover, who went 1-for-3 with one home run and two RBI.
Druid Hills was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .441. That's the best batting average they've posted all season.
Meanwhile, Lithonia was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They came up short against Arabia Mountain, falling 16-4.
Johntavius Neal was cooking despite his team's loss, going 2-for-3 with two RBI, one run, and one double.
Lithonia's defeat dropped their record down to 5-7. As for Druid Hills, the victory got them back to even at 8-8.
The pitchers for both teams better look sharp on Monday as neither team is afraid to steal. Druid Hills has been swiping bases left and right this season, having averaged 3.7 stolen bases per game. However, it's not like Lithonia struggles in that department as they've been averaging 3.7 stolen bases. The only question left is which team can snag more.
Everything went Druid Hills' way against Lithonia when the teams last played back in March of 2025, as Druid Hills made off with a 17-2 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Red Devils since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
