Johanna Galvan made a splash while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, keeping things locked down with no earned runs or hits while striking out seven over four innings pitched. She has been consistent for a while: she hasn't given up more than one earned run in nine consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate, going a perfect 3-for-3 with one triple, two RBI, and one double. That triple marked the first that she has hit this season.
In other batting news, Emma Anderson was a standout: she went 3-for-4 with two triples, two runs, and one stolen base. That's the most triples she has posted since back in August of 2024. Another player making a difference was Isabella Ramsey, who went 2-for-3 with three RBI, one triple, and one run.
Eaton pushed their record up to 18-4 with the win, which was their seventh straight on the road. The road victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 0.4 runs on average over those games. As for Resurrection Christian, their loss dropped their record down to 7-10.
