The Inderkum Tigers stacked a 16th blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Friday. They really took it to Bella Vista for the full four quarters, racking up a 76-36 victory on the road. Inderkum's offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Inderkum to victory, but perhaps none more so than Jamiah Fontenberry, who dropped a double-double on 20 points and 12 rebounds. Fontenberry hasn't dropped below two steals for 13 straight games. The team also got some help courtesy of Breahn Flood, who scored 22 points along with six steals.
Despite the loss, Bella Vista still got an impressive performance from Ellie Thome, who scored 18 points along with eight steals. Eva Jensen was another key contributor, scoring six points along with 20 rebounds and two blocks.
Inderkum is on a roll lately: they've won 12 of their last 14 games, which provided a nice bump to their 22-5 record this season. As for Bella Vista, they dropped their record down to 7-20 with that defeat, which was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season.
Inderkum will take on the Titans at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Bella Vista, they will head out on the road to take on the Honkers at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Yuba City is coming into the match on a three-game losing streak.
