This season hasn't been kind to The Christian Academy, who are still winless after their fifth match. They had to suffer through a rough 43-12 loss at the hands of Bristol. The Christian Academy was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Bristol apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in December of 2022.
The Christian Academy lost on Wednesday despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Blair Scholla, who scored six points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Scholla has scored all season.
The Christian Academy has fallen quite a ways from their 20-8 record last season and are now at 0-5. As for Bristol, the victory makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-5.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. The Christian Academy will face off against Calvary Christian Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Bristol, they will head out on the road to face off against Hatboro-Horsham at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Hatboro-Horsham is coming into the game on a three-game losing streak.
