North Paulding waltzed into their game on Friday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They blew past the Hillgrove Hawks 9-3. Considering the Wolfpack have won eight contests by more than five runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

North Paulding's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 19-6. The road wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.0 run on average over those games. As for Hillgrove, the loss snapped their winning streak at seven games and leaves them with a 16-10 record.

Coincidentally, North Paulding and Hillgrove will both be playing Centennial the next time they take the field. The Wolfpack will host the Knights at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, while the Hawks will play them later in the day, at 4:00 p.m.
