Woonsocket is still undefeated  this season after their  match against Providence Country Day  on Thursday, but Providence Country Day came as close as anyone has to beating them.  Braylon Guilbeault was a  major factor while hitting and pitching. He  kept things locked down with   no  earned runs or hits while striking out nine over 4.1 innings pitched. Those  nine  strikeouts gave  him a new career-high. He was also big at the plate,  going 1-for-3 with two  stolen bases and one  double. He is  on a roll when it comes to  stolen bases, as he's  now  snagged  at least one in each of the last four games he's  played.
 In other batting news, Woonsocket let  CJ Bosquet and  Joseph Greenless run wild. Bosquet  went 2-for-4 with two  runs, one  stolen base,  and one  double, while  Greenless  earned three  runs and two  stolen bases. That  double was  Bosquet's first of the season.
Woonsocket's win was  their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season, which  pushed their record up to 8-0. As for Providence Country Day, their loss dropped their record down to 2-2.
