Mt. Carmel's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Rachel Randhahn, who scored 13 points along with seven rebounds and three steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Randhahn has scored all season. Grace Weede was another key contributor, scoring 13 points along with seven rebounds and five assists.
When it comes to explaining why Ramona lost, one person who can't be blamed is Victoria Padilla-Carr. Despite the final result, she scored 19 points along with two steals. Padilla-Carr hasn't dropped below two steals for five straight games.
Mt. Carmel pushed their record up to 5-13 with that win, which was their third straight on the road. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 62.7 points per game. As for Ramona, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-15.
