The Gunn Titans's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their third straight loss. They took a 45-39 hit to the loss column at the hands of Scotts Valley. Gunn has not had much luck with Scotts Valley recently, as the team's come up short the last two times they've met.
Scotts Valley can attribute much of their success to Abigail Shi, who scored 18 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Brooklyn Williams, who scored 9 points.
Gunn's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Scotts Valley, their win bumped their record up to 3-5.
Gunn's road trip will continue as they head out to face Sacred Heart Prep at 10:00 a.m. on December 9th. As for Scotts Valley, they will be playing at home against St. Francis at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Hopefully St. Francis focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up nine on Thursday.
