Putnam County extended their winning streak to three on Monday, bumping them up to 15-13. They walked away with a 6-2 victory over the Scotland County Tigers. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 12-11 last Monday.

As for Scotland County, they dropped their record down to 8-11 with the defeat, which was their third straight at home. Having soared to a lofty 11 runs in the game before, they couldn't push the score so high this time.

For Scotland County's part, Kwayde Hamilton was cooking despite his team's loss, going 2-for-3 with one triple and one RBI. That triple was Hamilton's first of the season.

As of now, neither Putnam County nor Scotland County have any future games scheduled.
