Parish Hill extended their losing streak to three on Thursday, dropping them down to 9-8. They lost 15-0 to the East Windsor Panthers. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Panthers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 15-4 back in April.

Stephen Landolphi was cooking despite his team's loss, going a perfect 1-for-1 with four stolen bases. He is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as he's now snagged at least one in each of the last five games he's played.
As for East Windsor, their record is now 7-12. The high-scoring effort was just what they needed considering they were shut out in their previous matchup.
On East Windsor's side, AJ Paradis and Tim Mehan made a splash no matter where they played. Throwing, Paradis tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. Meanwhile, Mehan struck out six batters over 2.2 innings while giving up no earned runs or hits (and only one walk). At the plate, Paradis got on base in three of his four plate appearances with two stolen bases, three runs, and two RBI, while Mehan went 1-for-3 with one triple, two RBI, and one run. Those two RBI gave Mehan a new career-high.
In other batting news, Elias Jacobs was incredible, going 2-for-4 with two triples, two stolen bases, and four RBI. He also scored two runs, which is notable because East Windsor is 4-1 when he posts at least two runs, but 3-11 otherwise. Sam Glemboski also deserves some recognition as he hit his first triple of the season.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Parish Hill will welcome Academy of Science and Innovation at 3:45 p.m. on Tuesday. As for East Windsor, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Somers at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. The Panthers' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Spartans have averaged an impressive 7.6 runs per game this season.
