Totino-Grace (Fridley, Minn.) led 14-7 at the half.
The Eagles expanded their lead to 13 points entering the fourth quarter. Totino-Grace's lone score in the quarter came on a touchdown run by Barber.
In a Northwest Suburban game next week Totino-Grace (4-1) takes on Andover, and Elk River (0-5) will go up against Robbinsdale Armstrong also in a Northwest Suburban game.
