When it comes to explaining why Lakeland Regional lost, one person who can't be blamed is Noah Pagan. Despite the final result, he dropped a double-double on 22 points and 12 rebounds. Joe Zonis was another key contributor, scoring six points along with eight rebounds.
West Milford's win bumped their record up to 4-9. As for Lakeland Regional, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-9.
West Milford will be playing at home against Garfield at 1:00 p.m. on Monday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in New Jersey (Garfield is ranked 294th, while West Milford is ranked 305th). As for Lakeland Regional, they will head out on the road to challenge Passaic Valley at 4:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
