Paradise took a ten-run loss the last time they faced off against Pierce, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Bobcats won by a run and slipped past the Bears 8-7. With that victory, the Bobcats brought their scoring average up to 6.2 runs per game.
Josh Einhaus was incredible, scoring two runs while going 3-for-4. He also hit two doubles, marking his first of the season. Another player making a difference was Jayden Bunch, who went 2-for-4 with one stolen base, one double, and one RBI.
